The Point Coolum Beach is one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading 4.5 star resorts featuring spacious apartments and luxury villas across three separate and unique buildings perched on top a hill overlooking the spectacular Coolum Beach.
The client required a fresh new brand that represented the uniqueness of the resort as well as keeping in line with the various styles of accommodation and services offered. They also required a new digital marketing strategy and website incorporating the new branding created to relaunch the resort into the market and combat a decline in overall bookings due to an increase in competition in the local area by new resorts and hotels.
A fresh new brand was created to reflect the closeness of the resort to the beach and unique outlook of the property over the ocean. The brand was then infused into a new responsive website that included many of Fastrack’s unique website design elements and technology functions such as Dynamic Rates and leading conversion triggers such as ‘one click search availability’. A search marketing campaign was also launched at the time the website launched included SEO, AdWords as well as email marketing.
