Commonage Villas is Queenstown’s newest and most exclusive luxury accommodation. The luxurious 5-star, self-contained holiday accommodation is located in a truly captivating setting, with spectacular mountain and lake views. The property is managed by, who specialise in privately owned individually branded boutique apartment accommodation or villa complexes in some of Queenstown’s most popular locations. pioneered a new style of rental management, incorporating modern technology with cohesive property management techniques.

The Challenge

Commonage Villas is Queenstown’s newest luxury accommodation, and the client needed a website that reflected the stunningly uniqueness of the property, as well as keeping in line with the style of accommodation and services offered. They also required a new digital marketing strategy, to ensure the property maintained and increased its occupancy levels.


By working closely with the property’s owner, Fastrack Group delivered a new digital marketing strategy, and designed and developed a new fully responsive website that showcased the key features of the property. The website used a full-screen design layout with simple navigation, allowing the photography to tell the story of the uniqueness of the property. Other strategies included SEO, pay per click advertising, and remarketing, to ensure they were visible to the right target markets.

The Results

As the website was only launched on 16 March 2016, it is too early to see results at this stage, however it is evident that people are spending more time on the website and that the website is experiencing a lower bounce rate.
