Best Western Plus Oceanside Kawana is the first corporate 4.5 star hotel to open in the Sunshine Coast region in 20 years. The property features modern, spacious rooms, a restaurant and bar, and a fantastic conference and event offering.
Being a brand new property in a new business park development many building being built next door and limited road access, and being Best Western’s first Plus branded in Queensland, the property required an aggressive launch marketing and media campaign to immediately drive bookings for the hotel, the restaurant Wildflower and it’s conference facilities.
An overarching digital marketing strategy was created by the Fastrack tram in conjunction with all the property’s stakeholders and Best Western Head Office management. The strategy included a new website featuring Best Western’s new ‘Plus’ branding and the latest website technology including ‘Live Dynamic Rates’. An aggressive search marketing campaign was also launched that included SEO, AdWords as well as a Social Media Ads.
